Terms & conditions.

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) apply to all services and digital products offered by Lexim.studio, a sole proprietorship registered under SIRET number 924 274 848 00010, with registered office at 48 rue de Meudon, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France, email hello@lexim.studio.

All orders imply full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by the client.
No specific conditions shall prevail over these T&Cs unless expressly agreed in writing by Lexim.studio.

2. Services Offered

Lexim.studio provides the following services:

  • Graphic design and visual production,

  • Branding and image strategy consulting,

  • Event planning consulting,

  • Sale of digital products (templates, visual identities, graphic elements, etc.).

The main characteristics of each service or product are specified on www.lexim.studio.

3. Orders

Clients may place orders:

  • directly via the website for digital products, or

  • via a quote and invoice for bespoke services.

All orders are considered final once confirmed by the client and payment is received (or deposit, if applicable).

Lexim.studio reserves the right to refuse any order in case of abnormal requests or an existing dispute with the client.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and excluding VAT, as the business is not subject to VAT (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
Payment methods accepted:

  • Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, etc.),

  • or bank transfer (for bespoke projects).

Bespoke services may require a deposit as specified in the quote.
The balance is due upon delivery of the project.
Late payments may incur penalties according to article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.

5. Delivery Times and Procedures

  • For bespoke services: delivery occurs within the timeline agreed upon after all required information has been provided by the client.

  • For digital products: delivery is within 5 business days after receipt of all necessary information submitted via the provided form.

Lexim.studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

6. No Right of Withdrawal or Refund

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • services executed before the end of the withdrawal period,

  • digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose execution began after client consent.

Therefore, no refund is possible once the service has started or the digital product has been delivered.

7. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • provide all necessary information for proper execution of the order,

  • respect deadlines for validation and communication,

  • ensure the legitimacy and ownership of materials provided (text, images, logos, etc.).

Lexim.studio cannot be held liable for consequences resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Lexim.studio (visuals, identities, documents, templates, etc.) remain its intellectual property until full payment.
Upon full payment, the client is granted the necessary rights for the intended use of the project.

Digital products may not be resold or redistributed, but their public sharing (social media, portfolio, website) is allowed within normal professional or promotional use.

9. Liability

Lexim.studio undertakes to provide services in accordance with professional standards.
Lexim.studio’s liability cannot be held for force majeure, misuse by the client, or indirect damages.

10. Confidentiality

Client information is considered confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.

11. Personal Data

Lexim.studio collects and processes client personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Clients may exercise their rights of access, correction, or deletion at any time via email: hello@lexim.studio.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
